SPIRE SHOOTS HIMSELF IN THE FOOT


 
Spire the renowned lecturer enjoys from his sweat, he does not embrace the lecture rooms for free, and this guy knows how to feast on the flesh of his young barmy sex fresh juices from high school. He ably does it with a lot of satire in that he makes jokes and cartons about it.

In one of his cartons he is seated face to face with a one Mbabazi a student of philosophy at one of the Universities he lectures. Where he sarcastically asks the student where the “V” is for “M”.
 
Little did he know that this same young girl is a sister to a one Tukundane Perry from Makerere. Who says repeatedly had retakes and Spire always shagged her promising to give her marks in return. She says with the number of girls he has used the marks attained from his lectures are questionable.

Perry with this history was compelled to warn her sister about Spires’s trickeries of getting into the girls skirts.  

Perry had once faced Spire’s jiggling stick and gotten pregnant by him when forced the navy girl to terminate the pregnancy.so that she completes her studies then he marries her, a promise he never kept.

While at campus Perry had a clique of girls she was hanging out with, faced with the dilemma of pregnancy she had to disclose to a close friend about what was happening, Perry was shocked to discover that her other friends (latifah, Shamsah, Latipha Kazibwe and Lillian) were  also servicing Spire’s animal none stop.

Perry states that once the sister mentioned to her about Spire’s demands from her, she could not hold back, but warned her to be very careful, because that guy is a master of trickery who uses his cartons to fool people with his dirty ways.

WHY EAST AFRICA NEEDS THE EACOP.

There has been recent claims on a motion of resolution by the European Parliament that calls on Uganda and Tanzania to stop the development of oil and gas projects in the East African region.  However,  Uganda and East Africa need the Oil pipeline following public reactions towards the negative motives of the European Parliament. It brings back colonial times, much as their arguments have a grain of salt, I dont think the the implementers of EACOP did not conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). This was done and all aspects taken into consideration. And besides that, Africa at large is the least contributor to climate change.
