PLANS BY NUP TO PARADE ACCIDENT VICTIMS AS ALLEGED TORTURE VICTIMS EXPOSED.

 

KAKWENZA TORTURE ALLEGATIONS, AN ELEMENT OF THE KAWUKUMI AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST GOVERNMENT. 

                  

                     Famous Novelist Kakwenza

The current famous novelist Kakwenza Rukirabasaija has been one of the key players in the blackmail game. A strategy of attacking and insulting the CDF and the First son Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has yielded fruits after he was arrested for questioning. This quickly invited all silent players to rush on blaming the government accusing the first son and the President for being dictators who don’t want to be accused. The plan almost failed when Kakwenza was released from prison on bail without any scratch on his body and this would have been a setback in the plans at hand.

Upon release from Prison, an unidentified vehicle allegedly kidnapped him at a spot of cameras. This is another move to accuse the government of kidnapping its people as Bobi Wine has always alleged after such incidences happen. This was of course one of those planned between Bobi Wine in his evil plans against the government and his inside players “Kawukuumi” referred to as bean weevils.

The kawukumi tortured Kakwenza upon being kidnapped right in front of cameras to cause a blame on the government that would call upon the Human Rights commissions, western regime change influencers to have a negative image on the government hence discrediting the current government on an international level.

The plan gained momentum after different prominent regime change influencers called upon actions against the government and the First son on false allegations of torture. They never advocate for charges on personal individuals involved in such evil actions because they are known to them as some of their internal agents against their very own government at a cheap price.

The mission has since lost shape when Kakwenza fled the country to exile through Rwanda yet he has court charges against him with all his travel documents being in the hands of the court. How did he travel? Who helped him travel without travel documents? So many questions against his exit of the country amidst all charges pending court proceedings.

This only indicates of a person running away from his charges. He adds up to a list of those who have falsely alleged of torture allegations with a political and economic motive kept a secret. 

Related examples of the planned opposition allegations against the government include;

·       Dr. Kiiza Besigye left to exile in a Gomes guising as a woman who proudly announced of how he challenged Uganda’s security. He fled the country to South Africa aboard South African Airways. Because he couldn’t keep in exile, he selflessly brought himself back to monitor and run his current businesses. His businesses have since then grown and his accusations against the government have yielded him no life threats.

·       Moses Bigirwa who is likely to run to exile after false allegations against CMI  with the hope that he will be scratched and then run out of the country. Moses Bigirwa is currently indebted to a Myooga SACCO where he swindled millions of money that may lead to his arrest.

·       The torture allegations against CMI by NUP alleging that security operatives tortured Samuel Masereka within the torture chambers. This hit the media with the opposition riding on the incident that was later clarified by two colleagues who were arrested alongside Masereka. The duo alleged that by the time of his arrest, Masereka already had deep wounds on his body and clarified of how no one was tortured by security operatives.

·       The comic incidence of the Mukono Woman MP, Betty Nambooze who claimed that panga men who attacked her up to the bedroom were sent by the government. The story wasn’t catching given the nature of the modification of the story. She alleged that more pangas were later found in her compound like the one panga that was used to attack her wouldn’t make the job done if the allegation was true. It was further not catching coz they also claimed that she was requested to say her last words before being killed hence forcing the assassin to flee her home without getting the job done.

·       Mubarak Munyagwa planned his kidnap in 2011 when he was contesting for Kawempe Division Chairmanship under Social Democratic Party (SDP) to gain a sympathy vote and blamed his kidnap on government security forces.

·       After Stella Nyanzi lost an election in 2021, she alleged that her life was in danger hence running to Kenya for exile who later returned safe in the country and has continuously attacked the government, the President and other persons of the President only to keep themselves alive in the media world.

·       Other people who claim life threats from the government include the famous cartoonist whose entire career has been dedicated to criticizing the government and recently fled the country on allegations that his life is facing threats from government and Samuel Ekanya of the Mighty Family Comedy who alleged that he was threatened by the Deputy Director General ISO after he filmed the entire ISO premises after he held a peaceful meeting with the security chief. He later left to Sweden and married a wealthy old Ugandan in Sweden.

 

All these allegations resulting from economic situations have been taken for Political threats to attract attention from the power hungry opportunists and the foreign players who carry different interests into the politics of Uganda.

Different strategies of winning the office in the recently concluded 2021 Presidential elections were laid amongst several Presidential candidates. Amongst all the candidates, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine and the National Unity Platform Party made the worst campaign strategies that were to tarnish the image of the government hence calling for a sympathy vote.

On several occasions, Bobi Wine chose violence over peace in traversing for votes countrywide. This included violation of the campaign road maps provided by the EC and Ministry of Health in order to curb the spread of the deadly Corona Virus.

The National Unity Platform (NUP) through its sources of funding adopted infiltration of government agencies and security forces to destabilize the country in several questionable actions against the government. In most cases, President has always termed those influenced within security as “Kawukumu” who want to tarnish the image of the government.

Different incidences within security forces have been happening without orders from the top command that put the country and the regime in question. Most actions have been taken to put the organizers in the limelight and they include; teargasing students on board because they were dressed in red, rearresting citizens in a very bad manner after they have either been granted bail by Court and when court finds them innocent. All these actions have been happening where the camera is staged to ensure a good angle of accusations against actions seemingly managed by the government.

However, government has to come up with an initiative of cleaning up its agencies and organizations to avoid manipulation and inside actions against the government for selfish interest.

Some actors and beneficiaries of the organized funding against the government have reached an extent of declaring false threats against themselves while as others get involved in acts of provoking the government hence calling for legal actions against them thus leading to sympathy cries and allegations of threatened murder from the government.
