EXPOZED: BOBI WINE ALLEGEDLY CORRUPTED TWO EC OFFICIALS TO CAUSE DISAPPEARANCE OF ORIGINAL NUP DOCUMENTS

Two electoral commission officials who were bribed by Hon. Kyagulanyi were suspended by the EC for tampering with the original National Unity Platform documents of Kibalama and replacing them with fake documents of Kyagulanyi.
The documents were under the safe custody of Vincent Mulokozi the Assistant head of Political Desk, and Godfrey Atwijukye lawyer to the Commission, also known as Godi.
Mr. Moses Kibalama’s approached Kyagulanyi on his desire to reclaim ownership of his party NUP which sparked disagreements on who was the rightful owner.
This forced Kibalama to run to Electoral Commission for clarification EC ruled in the favor of Hon. Kyangulany. This did not go well with Kibalama who questioned the authenticity of the documents used by EC to arrive at that ruling.
Mr. Moses Kibalama and Paul Simbwa Kagombe were dissatisfied with the EC’s ruling, they met with the EC boss, Justice Simon Byabakama to understand the ruling, only to discover that there was a mismatch between documents presented by Mr. Kibalama and the documents available in the custody of Electoral Commission.
The documents at EC that were forged, were the latest letter to the Electoral Commission that shows Kyagulanyi and Rubongoya the Secretary General of NUP forged the party constitution and hence no moral authority to speak on behalf of the party since they were ousted.
It has also been established that since the disappearance of NUP documents at the Electoral Commission, a new file has been opened for rectification of the mistakes done by the Electoral body.
