PLANS BY NUP TO PARADE ACCIDENT VICTIMS AS ALLEGED TORTURE VICTIMS EXPOSED.

As the trend of falsehoods and blackmail emerged with the National Unity Platform camp, a number of staged false allegations have been staged against the NRM government, President Museveni and persons of the President.

Close sources involved in staging such allegations that preferred anonymity, disclosed to this website how the NUP receives funding from the European Union to facilitate the alleged victims and journalists who are paid to spread torture allegations on media like wild fire.

Sources claim that the main motives of the false allegations is to ensure economic sanctions on different government officials with the latest target being the security institutions and their commanders.

The current ongoing accusations of kidnap and torture in drone cars is one of the strategy of calling for a global accusations against security forces commanders most especially SFC and CMI who have on several occasions been accused by the NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi whose claims are always baseless and biased. This is further pushed by the European Union to ensure the progress of the because of their personal interests about Oil in Uganda.

A meeting about the strategy was hatched at NUP Party offices in Kamwokya and roles assigned accordingly. Journalists from different media houses were tasked. They include; journalists from NTV, BBS, Kayira from Bukedde TV, Daily Monitor journalists, Daniel Lutaaya of NBS among others.

With the latest alleged torture victim, Yasin Busulwa who is alleged to have been kidnapped on 19th November 2020, sources from Kyengera where he comes from indicate that Busulwa was recently involved in an accident on Kyengera-Masaka highway but not tortured as alleged. A story run on NTV Uganda which alleges that Yasin Busulwa was dumped in Nakawa after the torture claims is one of the clear indications of the media prepared propaganda against the government since the anchor states that eye witnesses that saw him being dumped were threatened while as the alleged eye witnesses also claimed to have found him dumped along the road.

Sources noted that journalists involved in the strategy are always facilitated with 200,000/= Uganda Shillings as the least pay while as the staged victims receive a fund of 100,000 to 150,000/= Uganda Shillings while as those that spot the accident and poor health conditions victims are usually paid 50,000/= Uganda Shillings.

Incidences of the kind include Ssebuganda Richard a 23 year student a Makerere University whose hand was shuttered by a teargas canister as he attempted throwing it to the security operatives during a riot, Ronald Segawa, Samuel Masereka, Kakwenza Rukira, Kassim Migadde, Denis Matovu, Bernard Wadada and many more related incidences. Most of these were arrested with deep wounds on their bodies.

A strategy of attacking and insulting the CDF and the First son Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has yielded fruits after he was arrested for questioning. This quickly invited all silent players to rush on blaming the government accusing the first son and the President for being dictators who don’t want to be accused. The plan almost failed when Kakwenza was released from prison on bail without any scratch on his body and this would have been a setback in the plans at hand. Upon release from Prison, an unidentified vehicle allegedly kidnapped him at a spot of cameras. This is another move to accuse the government of kidnapping its people as Bobi Wine has always alleged after such incidences happen. This was of cours
